Dina brings over twenty (20) years of experience to her role as the Operations Manager for Allcock & Marcus.
Dina is responsible for the Firm’s day-to-day operations, including but not limited to Human Resources, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable as well as coordinating the Firm’s recruiting and hiring processes. Dina also oversees marketing and implementing policies for building efficient work teams and client collaboration as well as improving overall Firm efficiency.
Dina’ organizational skills and efficiency are unmatched. Her dynamic presence sets the tone for the Firm and has created a positive firm atmosphere and culture as well as a client-friendly experience. Dina believes that positivity and creativity are crucial to success in any endeavor and applies that ethos at Allcock & Marcus on a daily basis.
