Kasey Birth focuses her practice on general condominium representation at Allcock & Marcus and will be practicing in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
She brings a strong foundation in transactional and business law, having graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, Kasey served as a Rule 3:03 certified student attorney in the Suffolk Transactional Law Clinic, advising small businesses, artists, and nonprofits on matters including entity formation and nonprofit compliance and governance.
During law school, Kasey was actively involved in student leadership and professional organizations, serving as Historian and Vice Magistrar of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Society, a Section Representative for the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Women’s Law Association.
Originally from the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Kasey enjoys skiing and hiking in her free time.
