Matt is a Senior Associate at Allcock & Marcus, joining the firm in 2026. Matt is a seasoned litigator, bringing and defending lawsuits throughout Massachusetts for the past twenty years.
Over the past five years, Matt has focused his practice on construction litigation and insurance defense. He previously served as in-house counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he successfully tried cases to verdict in both Massachusetts District and Superior Courts. In addition, while practicing at two large Boston law firms, Matt handled complex construction matters nationwide, including arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and JAMS.
Earlier in his career, Matt developed a strong foundation in personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs and employees in tort and workers’ compensation matters. His experience also includes representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as condominium associations in collection matters.
Matt’s varied and extensive experience in the courtroom makes him a valuable resource for our clients. When not in the courtroom, Matt can be found at home with his wife, two children, and their dog Zoe.
