Greg is an integral member of the Litigation Team at Allcock & Marcus, where his practice encompasses condominium litigation, construction defect claims, breach of contract matters, and insurance disputes. He also devotes a significant portion of his work to landlord–tenant issues, property disputes, and labor and employment law.
Greg has represented a diverse range of individuals, businesses, and organizations, guiding them through the litigation process and achieving favorable outcomes in matters such as commercial contract breaches, construction defect cases on behalf of both contractors and homeowners, real estate ownership disputes, wrongful termination claims, and business torts. Earlier in his career, he regularly advocated for individual unit owners in direct and derivative disputes with their condominium associations. That experience now provides him with a unique and invaluable perspective in his current practice, where he counsels and represents condominium boards, associations of unit owners, and property developers.
